In Network Insurance

Sunshine Therapy is in network with BlueCross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO policies, BCBS “Blue Choice” PPO and United Health Care. Your co-pay and/or deductible will depend on your specific plan. For your convenience, we will do a benefit check on your behalf when you first book a session and will notify you of our in network benefits. Please note – copays and deductibles are due at the time of service.

Other Insurances

If you have an alternative insurance who I am not contracted with, you are welcome to self-pay and I am happy to provide a receipt for you which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement

Self Pay

Self Pay Rates are as follows:

• Individual Intake Session (50 mins) $160
• Couples Intake Session (50 mins) $160
• Individual Ongoing Session (50 mins) $145
• Couples Ongoing Session (50 mins) $145
• Mini “Check In” Session for existing clients (30 mins) $70

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
